This Terms and conditions tells you how Waxing Works operates.

WHO ARE WE?

We are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors and salon visitors; this policy sets out how we will treat your personal information.

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

  • By using our service/website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don’t agree to be bound by these Terms, do not use the Services and the Website.
  • If you are accessing and using the Services/website on behalf of a company (such as your employer) or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that company or other legal entity to these Terms. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to that company or other legal entity.

2. LANGUAGE

  • This contract shall be concluded in English.

3. APPOINTMENTS

  • Please arrive on time, and enter the waiting area until called through to the waxing room.
  • Late arrival will result in a shortened treatment time; however, treatments will still be charged at full price.

4. REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

  • Products must be returned unused, unopened with their seal intact and in the same condition as they were originally purchased from Waxing Works.
  • We will not except for exchange or refund any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was purchased from us.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

5. COURSES

  • All courses must be paid for in full at the time of booking and completed within 12 months and are non-refundable.
  • Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.

6. DEPOSITS

  • We reserve the right to request a deposit in order to secure an appointment.
  • Any changes to the appointment must be made in accordance to the cancellation policy.

7. GIFT VOUCHERS

  • Our Gift Vouchers are available for all treatments and products, are non-refundable and must be produced at the time of use.
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Waxing Works cannot accept liability for lost gift cards.
  • Please note Gift Vouchers can only be used for treatments at Waxing Works.
  • Our expert team will be delighted to assist you if you need advice.  

8. SPECIAL OFFERS

  • Special offers are all date logged, once they have passed their expiry date special offers become null and void.

9. DISCOUNT CODES

  • Discount codes can only be uses once per client. Please bring the card with the code on it or register the code when booking your appointment.

10. PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • Payment for the Services can be paid before the appointment, or at the time of the appointment, we except cash or bank transfer, we do not use credit card machines. 
  • We reserve the right to ask for the full or any part of the Payment which must be made in advance.
  • You agree to provide payment in the stipulated currency and you will be liable to pay any relevant conversion charges, as well as applicable sales tax in your region.
  • We reserve our right to review and change the pricing of any of our Services. This will not affect Services that have already been booked or purchased.

11. CANCELLATION AND RESTRICTION POLICY

Once booked, your appointment becomes non-refundable within 48 hours of the appointment. You can however reschedule once, for FREE, any time before your appointment start time.

Failure to reschedule your appointment on our website or by contacting us will mean that you are charged 100% of the treatment fee.
We’ve taken precautions to make our salon Covid-19 Secure. In making this appointment, you must agree to the following:

  • Attend your appointment on your own
  • Arrive promptly at the time of your appointment
  • Use hand sanitiser on entering
  • Wear a face mask while inside (unless exempt)
  • You do not have COVID-19 symptoms

12. CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS

  • Waxing Works may stop, remove, modify, or add (permanently or temporarily) Services (or features within Services) at Waxing Works sole discretion.
  • Any new, changed, or removed features are subject to the Terms of Service. Continued use of the Services after any such changes constitute your consent to the changes.

13. WHO MAY USE THE SERVICE

  • You may use the service only if you are 18 years or older and capable of forming a binding contract with us and you are not barred from using the Services under applicable law.
  • If you are less than 18 years of age, you can use our services after consent from your parents or legal guardian.
  • Please be aware, we do not allow children inside the salon due to revised health and safety guidelines.
  • May we also advise our clients, NOT to use sun beds 24 hours prior to your treatment. We will be unable to carry out your treatment if you do so.

14. COMMUNICATION ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

  • You acknowledge that Waxing Works may send Emails and Text messages to effectively perform Services.
  • You authorise Waxing Works to send You Emails and Text messages when required.
  • To opt out of any communications you may do at any time by clicking ‘unsubscribe’ on your most recent email or by emailing pamela@brand9test3.co.uk  or calling 07786225552.

15. TERMS OF WEBSITE USE

  • This page (together with the documents referred to on it) tells you the terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) on which you may make use of the Waxing Works web site, whether as a guest or a registered user.
  • Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before you start to use the Site.
  • By accessing or using the Site, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand, and agree, without limitation or qualification, to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
  • Waxing Works reserves the right to and may change these terms at any time and will post such changes online.

Waxing Works will do its best to ensure that the website is available and functions correctly at all times, but we make no warranties as

  • The Services will meet your requirements or expectations.
  • The Services will be delivered uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
  • The results that may be obtained from the use of the Services will be accurate or reliable.
  • Any errors in the Services will be corrected.
  • Waxing Works will not be liable for any damages, loss, costs or expenses incurred by you as a result of any lack of availability or accessibility of the website.
